Event Description:  The healthcare environment has changed; practitioners are tasked with deciding who gets treatment, policy and practice changes and sustaining health. The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way we consume our healthcare. Practitioners who are equipped to handle the personal and population-based needs of an ever growing, diverse community, are more efficient and prepared to respond to the barriers to care that are amplified due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This symposium focuses on practical applications, discusses how healthcare systems have changed and addresses how those changes met the current and future health needs.
