Event Description:  The Project ECHO: Alzheimer’s and Cognitive Disorders Collaborative Conference is an interdisciplinary educational program designed to strengthen clinicians’ ability to evaluate, diagnose, and manage cognitive disorders across diverse care settings. Through expert-led discussions, case-based learning, and practical skill-building, participants will deepen their understanding of the full continuum of cognitive impairment—from early detection to advanced care planning.
This activity focuses on equipping healthcare professionals with the tools needed to provide high?quality, patient-centered care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive disorders. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based assessment strategies, emerging therapies, culturally responsive care, and the unique needs of underserved populations.
