Whether you're looking to recharge, reflect, or simply reconnect with your purpose, this retreat offers a safe and supportive space to do so. Objectives
- Demonstrate basic gentle yoga and stretching techniques designed to reduce physical tension, enhance body awareness, and promote relaxation.
- Explore the connection between spirituality and wellness, and evaluate practices that foster inner peace, resilience, and a sense of purpose.
- Engage in creative expression through guided watercolor and reflect on how artistic practices can serve as tools for emotional release, stress reduction, and personal renewal.
- Describe Compassion Fatigue and Burnout in healthcare providers.
- Identify strategies to prevent or manage Compassion Fatigue and Burnout to improve provider wellbeing, patient safety, and quality of care.
- Describe at least two mindfulness techniques and explain how these practices can reduce stress and enhance emotional resilience in healthcare settings.
- Describe the concept of life-work integration and its significance. Discuss and debunk the myth of work-life balance.
- Recognize the challenges associated with life-work integration, focusing on priorities, satisfaction, and energy management.
- Assess the importance, focus, satisfaction, and performance in four key domains of life.
