Target Audience
Out of practice nurses, Registered Nurses, An RN who is a legal resident of NC.
Event Description
The RN Refresher program was developed in collaboration with the University of North Carolina School of Nursing and the William Friday Center, and is approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Nurses who have an active or inactive license, or have been away from nursing and want to update their knowledge and skills will benefit from this course. This orientation activity will guide students through the process of the program.
Objectives
- Review the requirements for the RN Refresher program.
- Discuss student responsibilities for the RN Refresher program.
- Participate in the overview of the AHEC Digital Library.
Session Credits
Credit will be awarded based on participant selection at time of registration. Before selecting credits, participants are encouraged to review our Credit Glossary (opens in new tab) for general information. Please note that not all credit types are available for every program.
