Event Description

Participants learn gentle movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques that promote comfort, reduce anxiety, and enhance patient experience within a hospital setting. The training is informed by long-standing clinical practice and published research demonstrating improved emotional well-being among high-risk maternity patients. After completing this training, participants will be able to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to support patient care.
