Event Description
The Podcast CE Series is your go-to for timely and thought-provoking discussions that humanize healthcare experiences. Dr. Curtin, Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician, discusses autism, what’s known, what’s works, what we don’t know, and connecting to families on their care journey.
Objectives
- Describe autism and how it is different from other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Discuss the supports at school and outside of school that can help children with autism grow their skills.
- Recognize some of the most common medical comorbidities for children with autism to monitor and treat.
