Event Description:
This session of Meet the Health Professional Series will highlight journey to becoming a Physical Therapist . The speaker will explain her own personal experience in preparing to be a Physical Therapist including the educational requirements and helpful information. She will discuss work experiences as well as the many successes and challenges that she has faced in her profession.
Objectives
Describe the personal journey of becoming a Physical Therapist.
Discuss some of the obstacles that were faced and how they were overcome.
Discuss general information regarding the Physical Therapist profession, including, but not limited to, education and experiences.
