Event Description: Foley catheter, NG, and colostomy skills and care will be discussed and demonstrated. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills.
Objectives
Students will participate in discussion related to patients with GI/GU complications
Students will demonstrate clinical judgement related to care of a patient GI/GU complications.
Students will correctly demonstrate foley catheter insertion and care, colostomy care, and NG insertion and care.
Audience
RN Refresher nurse and any interested RN.
